We are currently accepting applications from ISKCON youth and young adults ages 17-29 for our Mission Trip to Puerto Rico.  We have limited space and expect this trip to fill up quickly. Please submit your application at your earliest convenience.

Application for returning applicants (who have come on previous extended trips, longer than a weekend trip)

The tour dates are December 16 through December 30, 2017. See Tour Dates and Costs for details. The cost is $300 USD early bird discount before November 15, $450 thereafter. Does not include airfare. If you’re interested, please contact us for more information. You should be of good moral character, have a deep interest in learning more about Krishna consciousness—Bhakti-yoga—and be ready to live a yogi’s lifestyle for the duration of your travels with us.

Applications are reviewed and considered first-come, first served. We often receive more applications than we have space for on the tour. The organizers meet once a week to review applications, and reserve the right to refuse applications at their sole discretion. Once you submit your application with references and photographs, you should hear from us within two weeks. If you don’t, please email us a reminder.

Registration

After your application has been approved and you’ve been accepted to come on the tour,  please fill out this registration form and sign it in the presence of a notary public, a legal witness. If you’re under 18, have your parents read and sign their section (the right column) in the presence of a notary public. Please take a photo of and email us a copy of the signed and notarized registration form. Bring the original with you when you join the tour.

Payment

As soon as your application has been approved, please submit your $300 non-refundable tour fee ($450 after November 15) to reserve your spot on the Mission Trip to Puerto Rico. Click on the “donate” tab in the navigation menu and use the “donate” button to make your payment via PayPal.  Please add 4% to cover the PayPal service fees. (For a $300 tour fee, that would be $12, so a total of $312.) When you get your email receipt from PayPal, please forward a copy to us.

If you live in the USA and you’d like to avoid paying the PayPal service fees, send us a check or money order in US dollars, payable to ISKCON Youth Ministry, mailed to our post office box:

NOTE: If you’re not a citizen of the USA, please check that your passport is valid six months past the date you expect to travel. And you may need a visa to enter the United States and come on the Mission Trip to Puerto Rico.
